Job summary

jobmajestic.com is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage purchasing orders, process sales orders, and follow up with production to meet delivery deadlines.

You will coordinate with the Traffic Department for shipment, provide timely material planning information, and prepare accurate data in the E-Schedule to ensure efficient delivery operations. The role emphasizes proactive communication and delivery performance improvement for customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive Purchasing Order (PO) of existing Products / Models.
• Process sales order and follow-up with Production on progress of order until delivery to customers on the set deadlines.
• Coordinate with Traffic Department for shipment to customers.
• Provide timely information for Material Planning to ensure delivery to customer on the set deadline.
• Prepare accurate and timely information in E-Schedule in order to ensure effective operation of delivery and logistic.
