KK Group of Companies (Retail) is seeking a Shop Assistant for KK SUPER MART Sepang, Salak Tinggi. This full-time role in Salak Tinggi, Selangor focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, POS operations, restocking, and maintaining an inviting store environment.

Qualifications

Experience in a retail environment with strong customer service focus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fluent in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus.
Punctual, reliable and able to work weekends/public holidays.
Comfort with POS systems and basic numeracy.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly service throughout their shopping experience.
Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and process transactions.
Restock shelves and maintain product displays in an organized manner.
Keep the sales floor clean, tidy and well-maintained at all times.
Assist customers in locating products and provide information and recommendations.
Handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management.
Support promotional activities and merchandising initiatives.
Follow company policies and health and safety guidelines.
