One Mobile Care is seeking a Customer Service Executive to serve as the main contact for customers at a Samsung Authorized Service Center in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle inquiries, coordinate repairs, and ensure a seamless customer experience in a dynamic retail setting.

The role suits individuals who enjoy interacting with people and technology, with duties spanning product knowledge, service coordination, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (prior customer service experience is an advantage).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through walk-in, phone, email, and chat channels.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding Samsung products, repair services, warranty terms, and service updates.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and elevate complex technical issues when necessary.
• Register and schedule repair jobs efficiently and accurately; liaise with technicians on status, parts, and turnaround time.
• Provide timely updates to customers on repair progress and collection schedules.
• Prepare daily service reports and customer feedback summaries; maintain organized records and filing systems.
• Deliver professional and consistent service at all customer touchpoints; handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
