Job summary

ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad (Retail) in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan seeks a friendly Retail Associate to greet customers, promote products, and provide excellent service. You will assist with stock, maintain displays, and help cashier duties when needed, contributing to a positive store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Promote products, provide product knowledge, and upsell to meet sales targets.
• Assist in unloading, organizing, and handling goods during stock arrivals and placements.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and restock products as needed.
• Serve as replacement cashier when needed.
