Job summary

Valiram, Southeast Asia's luxury retail leader, is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Malaysia. You will frame desire by creating compelling display concepts, executing floorsets, and ensuring brand standards across Bath & Body Works and Michael Kors stores.

You will collaborate with store teams, mentor sales associates on merchandising practices, and maintain backroom readiness. The role involves lifting and flexibility in hours, with a path from Visual Merchandiser to senior roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years visual merchandising experience, preferably within a specialty retail environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to execute brand direction and follow through on projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Execute floorset activities, window installations and interior displays.
• Implement merchandising and sell-down strategies to drive sales.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure consistent brand presentation.
• Optimise and maintain visual assets, fixtures, props and marketing materials.
• Conduct regular sales floor reviews and maintain store presentation standards.
• Support and mentor sales associates on visual merchandising practices.
• Maintain backroom standards and ensure merchandise is replenished and ready for sale.
