Job summary

Valiram Retail in Kuala Lumpur invites applications for a Retail Associate at KLIA. You will represent premium brands, deliver high-touch service, and drive store targets while maintaining brand image and stock integrity.

We seek candidates with 1–3 years in retail or hospitality, who are well-groomed, articulate, and sales-driven. Shifts include early morning, day, and late night; weekends and public holidays are required. Training and progression are offered.

About the Role:

As a Retail Associate, responsible for creating and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to achieve sales goals. Represents the brand in a positive and professional manner to encourage recurring business. Assists customers in making informed choices by providing accurate product information and personalized service. Fosters a positive, engaging, and ethical working environment that enhances both customer satisfaction and team performance.

Key Requirements:
