Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a friendly cashier to deliver a high standard of customer service, ensure smooth shop operation, and maintain stock levels throughout shifts.

You will assist customers, promote the Watsons VIP Member Card, and handle cashier duties during weekends and public holidays.

Applicants must be Malaysian citizens with Bahasa Melayu and English language skills; PMR/PT3/SKM is acceptable, and experience in health/retail pharmacy is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum PMR/PT3/SKM or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Pleasant personality with strong drive and excellent communication.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills; adaptable and results-oriented.
• Outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Malaysian citizen.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry is a plus.
