Job summary

Rentokil Initial (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated Customer Excellence Executive to be the voice of the company.

You will build relationships, ensure world-class pest control and hygiene solutions, and support field teams to deliver excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Service, a Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field, and strong bilingual communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

Basic experience in Customer Service/Customer Relations/Call Center or Telemarketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written, oral and bilingual BM & English).
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Experience with customer data systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain meaningful engagement with customers through regular inquiries and account reviews.
Demonstrate a strong partnership with customers to align services with their needs.
Identify customer challenges and provide effective solutions.
Drive first contact resolution and resolve inquiries efficiently.
Escalate and follow up on unresolved issues with relevant departments until closed.
Update customer data and interactions in the system.
Categorise feedback and identify customer sentiments for improvements.
Support customer growth, retention and pricing to enhance loyalty and revenue.
Assist in ad-hoc functions and related duties as required.
