Jora Malaysia is seeking a Customer Engineer to support Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing and Marketing. The role serves as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution from quotation through delivery and after‑sales activities.

The ideal candidate has a technical engineering background with strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills, plus experience in manufacturing and industrial equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Engineering, Technical Sales Support, Project Coordination, or Manufacturing Coordination.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications is essential.

Responsibilities

• Technical Sales Support: prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals, and tenders.
• Customer & Order Coordination: track quotations, manage orders, schedules and delivery statuses.
• Customer Support: handle inquiries, complaints, and RMA cases to ensure satisfaction.
• Marketing & Exhibition Support: assist in exhibitions, events, and post‑event follow‑ups.
