Job summary

Verinon Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Communication Application specialist to join our Product Management & Development division in Kuala Lumpur on a contract basis. You will help develop and optimise communication solutions across channels to enhance customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has around 3 years of experience in CCM, with hands-on skills in Groovy, Java, PowerShell, MSSQL and EngageOne tools to support email, SMS and messaging workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM) or related field.
• Experience with Apache Groovy, Java, PowerShell and Windows Batch.
• Relational database experience (MSSQL or equivalents).
• Familiarity with EngageOne tools (Designer and e-Messaging) preferred.

About the role

Verinon Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Communication Application specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Kuala Lumpur. This is a strategic position within our Product Management & Development division, where you will play a crucial role in developing and optimising communication solutions that directly impact our customers' experience. The Customer Communication Application role is fundamental to how we deliver value to our clients, ensuring seamless and effective interactions across multiple channels and touchpoints.

• Database- MSSQL or any other relational database
• Framework / Platform- Spectrum ETL
• EngageOne Designer (formerly Doc1 Designer)
• EngageOne e-Messaging (for emails, SMS, WhatsApp)
• Note: The above is preferred but if unable can be other technology supporting the Area.
