Job summary

Verinon Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Communication Application specialist to join our Product Management & Development division in Kuala Lumpur on a contract basis. You will help develop and optimise communication solutions across channels to enhance customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has around 3 years of experience in CCM, with hands-on skills in Groovy, Java, PowerShell, MSSQL and EngageOne tools to support email, SMS and messaging workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM) or related field.
• Experience with Apache Groovy, Java, PowerShell and Windows Batch.
• Relational database experience (MSSQL or equivalents).
• Familiarity with EngageOne tools (Designer and e-Messaging) preferred.
