Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) is seeking a Shop Assistant for KK SUPER MART Semenyih, Taman Anggerik Perdana (STAG). This full-time role is based in Semenyih, Selangor, and involves delivering excellent customer service, handling tills, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product enquiries.
• Processing customer transactions at the till and handling payments accurately.
• Restocking shelves and presenting products according to store standards.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and tidiness throughout the day.
• Assisting with stock management including receiving and organizing stock.
• Operating the till system following company policies.
• Supporting promotional activities and setting up promotional displays.
• Reporting stock shortages or issues to management promptly.
• Adhering to health, safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
