KK Group of Companies, operating KK SUPER MART in Semenyih, is seeking a part-time Shop Assistant to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a well-organised store. You will help customers, stock shelves, handle transactions, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

The role emphasises teamwork, reliability, and flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment. Training is provided to develop retail skills and adapt to store promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide friendly, professional customer service at all times.
• Stock shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring products are arranged neatly and clearly priced.
• Operate the cash register accurately and process customer transactions efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including floors, shelves and customer areas.
• Receive and check incoming deliveries of stock, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
• Assist in keeping the store organised and well-presented according to company standards.
• Support the store team in achieving sales targets and promoting store promotions.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
