Job summary

Medi Beaute Sdn Bhd is seeking a front desk/customer service associate in Penang to welcome clients and manage bookings. You will handle inquiries, process walk-ins, and coordinate schedules with beauticians to ensure smooth salon operations.

The role requires a Diploma or Advanced Diploma (preferred), at least 1 year in customer service, and proficiency in English and Mandarin. Responsibilities include promoting services, handling payments, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage appointments via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Coordinate schedules with beauticians.
• Recommend suitable services, packages, and products to clients.
• Handle billing, payments (cash, card, e-wallet), and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment history.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception and waiting area.
• Assist in promoting products and packages, memberships, and ongoing promotions.
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks
