Job summary

Medi Beaute Sdn Bhd is seeking an approachable receptionist with a Diploma or Advanced Diploma and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred to assist a diverse client base in our Penang clinic.

The role involves welcoming customers, handling appointments via phone/WhatsApp/walk-ins, coordinating schedules with beauticians, recommending services, and processing payments. You’ll help maintain records and promote memberships and ongoing promotions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage appointments via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Coordinate schedules with beauticians.
• Recommend suitable services, packages, and products to clients.
• Handle billing, payments (cash, card, e-wallet), and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment history.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception and waiting area.
• Assist in promoting products and packages, memberships, and ongoing promotions.
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks
