Job summary

U Mobile is seeking an entry-level assistant in the Culture & Change Transformation Department to support planning, coordination and execution of initiatives across culture, change and employee engagement.

The role includes coordinating programmes, events, communications, surveys and basic reporting, with learning opportunities in EVP and values activation. Fresh graduates are welcome; you should be organised, creative, eager to learn and able to work with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Admin, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Event Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; candidates with up to two years of relevant experience may be considered.
• Internship or university project in HR, communications, events, employee engagement or project coordination a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to coordinate multiple tasks and meet agreed timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate culture, change and employee engagement programmes.
• Maintain calendars, trackers, action logs and records.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and engagement sessions.
• Prepare programme materials, attendance lists and feedback forms.
• Provide general admin support across the department’s three verticals.
• Support employee events and communications.
• Assist with townhalls and appreciation programmes.
• Collect employee feedback after events.
• Contribute to dashboards and management presentations.
• Maintain budget and vendor records.
