KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Deputy Manager, Sterilization Service Operation to lead CSSD customer liaison, quality and safety coordination, and NCR management, ensuring timely service delivery while upholding regulatory standards.

You will build strong client relationships, coordinate audits, support continuous improvement, and work with operations to optimise workflow and training programs for staff. This role requires 3–5 years in CSSD and a degree or diploma.

Formación

• Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control.
• Familiar with relevant standards (AAMI, ISO, MOH).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage clinicians and hospital management.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary liaison for CSSD customers.
• Coordinate customer meetings and service reviews.
• Manage NCRs, CAPA, and incident reporting.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure timely collection, processing and delivery of sterile items.
• Support audits, regulatory inspections, and continuous improvement.
