Job summary

Turner & Townsend Malaysia is seeking a seasoned QA/QC Manager to develop, implement, and monitor the Project Quality Management Plan for CSA works on large-scale infrastructure projects. You will review ITPs, conduct site inspections, manage NCRs, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

With a minimum of 10 years in QA/QC for industrial or high-tech facilities, you will coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and client representatives to drive corrective actions and achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC management for large-scale construction projects.
• Strong experience in CSA quality management within Industrial, Semiconductor, Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or High-Tech Facility projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor the Project Quality Management Plan for CSA works.
• Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, quality procedures, and material submittals.
• Conduct site quality inspections, audits, and surveillance to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor quality performance and drive corrective actions.
• Manage NCRs, quality observations, root cause analyses, and close-out activities.
• Review test reports, material certifications, mock-up approvals, and inspection records.
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and client representatives on quality-related matters.
• Ensure all CSA works comply with project specifications, drawings, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Track quality KPIs and prepare regular quality reports for project stakeholders.
• Support commissioning, punch list management, and final project handover documentation.
