Job summary

Turner & Townsend Malaysia is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead project quality management on CSA works. You will develop plans, review ITPs, conduct site inspections, and drive corrective actions across contractors and consultants.

Join a global professional services firm delivering high‑impact real estate and infrastructure projects. You will ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, and industry standards, and support handover documentation and project closeout.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of QA/QC management on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong CSA quality management experience in industrial, semiconductor, data centre, pharma, manufacturing or high-tech facilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate with design teams, contractors and clients.
• Experience with inspections, ITPs, NCRs and punch list processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the Project Quality Management Plan for CSA works.
• Review ITPs, method statements, quality procedures and material submittals.
• Conduct site quality inspections, audits and surveillance.
• Monitor contractor quality performance and drive corrective actions.
• Manage NCRs, quality observations, root cause analyses and close-out activities.
• Review test reports, material certifications, mock-up approvals and inspection records.
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors and client representatives on quality matters.
• Ensure CSA works comply with project specs, drawings, local regulations and standards.
• Track quality KPIs and prepare regular quality reports for stakeholders.
• Support commissioning, punch list management and final handover documentation.

• Ensure all CSA works comply with project specifications, drawings, local regulations, and industry standards.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC management for large-scale construction projects.
• Strong experience in CSA quality management within Industrial, Semiconductor, Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or High-Tech Facility projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
