Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead CSA activities from mobilization to project completion on large-scale facilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering, construction management or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in construction management with CSA exposure.
• Experience on Industrial, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Manufacturing, Life Sciences or High-Tech Facility projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site management, sequencing and contractor management.
• Experience managing multiple contractors on large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced and complex project environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all CSA construction activities from site mobilization through project completion.
• Monitor contractor performance, progress, productivity, quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate site construction activities with Mechanical, Electrical, Process and Commissioning teams.
• Review construction methodologies, work plans, method statements and recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, contract requirements and regulations.
• Lead site progress meetings, coordination meetings and contractor reviews.
• Identify construction risks, issues and potential delays and implement mitigations.
• Monitor project schedules and support resolution of construction challenges.
• Collaborate with QA/QC and HSE to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Review and verify progress claims, variations and construction reports.
• Support testing, commissioning, punch list closure and final handover activities.

Job Description

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site management, sequencing, and contractor management.
• Experience managing multiple contractors on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and complex project environments.
