This autonomous role involves content creation, social media management (Telegram, X, LinkedIn), and coordinating with agencies and freelancers while ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate has crypto/Web3 marketing experience and strong analytics and copywriting skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on digital marketing, with crypto/Web3 experience.
• Proven content publishing on Telegram, X, and LinkedIn.
• Strong crypto audience understanding and Web3 engagement.
• Excellent English copywriting that explains technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with analytics, ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Communications, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, attract users, and drive conversions.
• Manage Social Media and channels, including content planning, copywriting, publishing, and audience engagement.
• Develop channel-specific content, including social posts, project updates, educational articles, email campaigns, and landing pages.
• Grow and engage Telegram community, moderate discussions, respond to enquiries, and coordinate with internal teams on customer issues.
• Manage SEO, SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, and other relevant acquisition channels.
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, content creators, and freelancers to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Monitor campaign performance, community growth, engagement, and conversions, using insights to improve results.
• Research crypto, fintech, and Web3 trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour to identify opportunities.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and ensure marketing content follows internal approval and compliance requirements.
