Job summary

WisunoFX in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a QA Tester to ensure CRM, website, and backend applications meet requirements. You will write test cases and develop automated scripts to improve coverage.

The role involves analyzing product quality, identifying issues, and collaborating with IT teams to implement improvements, while reducing manual testing through automation. Experience with testing theories and tools like LR and JMeter is valued.

Qualifications

• Familiar with software testing theories and the software testing lifecycle.
• Proficient in using common interface automation testing tools (such as LR, Jmeter).
• Have a certain understanding of functional testing, automation testing, performance testing, and security testing, along with corresponding testing plans.
• Familiar with common issues related to websites, apps, and backend services, and able to perform targeted testing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for testing the company’s CRM, website, and backend applications to ensure that the CRM meets the requirements.
• Write comprehensive test cases and test the corresponding functionalities.
• Conduct a thorough analysis and evaluation of product quality, identify potential issues and risks, and propose improvements.
• Responsible for the quality of the tested products.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network solutions with other infrastructure components.
• Accurately identify, analyze, document, and track issues discovered during testing, and drive timely resolution to improve product quality and testing efficiency.
• Optimize testing processes and methods to improve testing efficiency and reduce repetitive manual testing tasks.
