Job summary
SD Guthrie International is seeking a Senior Executive for Lead Management & Market Intelligence in Malaysia. The role focuses on CRM lead management, cross-functional coordination with the Commercial team, and generating monthly reports and dashboards to identify market opportunities.
The ideal candidate has a degree in Marketing/Business/Data Analytics and at least two years in CRM or analytics, with strong Excel and presentation skills to support strategic decisions and performance insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM administration, sales operations, market research or business analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- CRM lead management: monitor, register and track enquiries; align with Commercial PICs.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: follow up leads, escalate overdue items, drive collaboration.
- Reporting & Analytics: consolidate monthly reports, dashboards, and market trend analysis.
