Job summary

DKSH is seeking a Crew Member, Outlet Operations to join its retail team. You will help deliver a welcoming customer experience, keep product quality and display high, and maintain store cleanliness across assigned outlets.

You will support daily outlet operations, assist in service delivery, and undertake administrative duties as required. School leavers are welcome; training will be provided, and shifts, weekends, and public holidays are part of a six-day week.

Qualifications

• Training provided for all entrants.
• Good attitude and professional disposition.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (six-day week).
• Willing to be based at assigned outlet locations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake products to standard, ensuring availability and freshness.
• Maintain a fully stocked, clean product display to ensure a top customer experience.
• Uphold housekeeping and hygiene standards for a tidy, welcoming outlet.
• Assist in wrapping gifts and arrange product displays to support visual merchandising.
• Support customer service activities to deliver positive service experiences.
• Conduct administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

About The Role

The Crew Member, Outlet Operations is an essential part of DKSH's retail outlet team, delivering a welcoming customer experience and maintaining high standards of product quality, presentation, and store cleanliness. This role contributes directly to the Sales function by supporting daily outlet operations and creating a positive environment for both customers and colleagues.

What You Will Deliver

• Prepare and bake products to standard, ensuring product availability and freshness are maintained at all times
• Maintain a fully stocked and clean product display area to support a consistently excellent customer experience
• Uphold housekeeping and hygiene standards across the outlet to ensure a tidy, organized, and welcoming environment
• Assist in the wrapping of gift items and product display arrangements to enhance visual merchandising standards
• Support customer service activities to ensure every customer interaction is positive and service-oriented
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
