DKSH Malaysia is seeking a Crew Leader, Outlet Operations to oversee the smooth daily running of our consumer goods outlet, delivering a positive in-store experience for every customer and driving outlet performance within the Sales function.

You will lead frontline team members, manage display and merchandising, ensure cleanliness and product availability, support packing and wrapping, and handle administrative duties to support efficient, customer-centred operations.

Qualifikationen

• SPM/PMR or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and guide team members in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Positive working attitude with a professional and customer-oriented disposition.

• Maintain cleanliness and replenishment of product display units to uphold a well-presented and fully stocked outlet environment
• Uphold consistent housekeeping and merchandising standards across the outlet to support a welcoming customer experience
• Support gift wrapping and packaging operations to meet customer needs and expectations
• Contribute to effective product display and visual merchandising to drive customer engagement and in-store sales
• Deliver attentive and professional customer service to enhance the overall in-store experience
• Lead and guide team members in daily outlet operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent workflow
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

About The Role
