Job summary

Theta Service Partner is seeking a Business Analyst to engage with clients, document business needs, and design solutions using our credit workflow software. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a solid foundation in SQL and strong English communication for clear stakeholder interaction.

You will gather requirements, write specs for customization, configure the software, test configurations, and train users, contributing to successful on-time project rollouts across Asia, UK, and USA.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree CGPA of 3.0 or above in Information Systems, Software Engineering, CS or Engineering.
Fresh graduate is welcomed.
Proficient in advance SQL for data queries and manipulation.
Good command of English and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

Engage with users at clients to assess and document business needs and requirements.
Gather user requirements and design solutions using our software.
Write functional requirement specifications for customization development.
Configure our software to meet user needs and solve challenges.
Test customization and configuration against requirements to ensure alignment with user expectations.
Train users, assist testing, and troubleshoot issues encountered by them.
