Job summary

Parkson Credit Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced debt recovery professional to conduct outbound calls, negotiate structured repayment plans, and secure timely debt recovery.

You will evaluate delinquent accounts, identify high-risk cases, and provide reports and actionable recommendations for account resolution.

You will verify customer details, maintain call quality, comply with SOPs and regulations, and handle challenging conversations with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong persuasion, communication, and conflict-resolution skills to manage difficult calls and escalated customer complaints.
• Good understanding of recovery regulations, standard operating procedures, and target flow rates.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in credit recovery or collections, with proven experience handling aging accounts of 3 months and above are highly encouraged to apply.
• Education: SPM / High School Diploma or equivalent
