Job summary

JCL Credit Leasing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Credit Recovery Executive for the Sabah branch. The role involves visiting residential and commercial premises to collect necessary information and to obtain new contact details.

You will assist the collection team with scheduling and client arrangements, including outstation visits, and develop plans to achieve collection targets. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma in a related field, be able to work in Sabah, and demonstrate excellent

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any related field.
• Willing to work in SABAH BRANCH.
• Experience in credit recovery will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with targets.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and verbal.
• Good in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work immediately.

Responsibilities

• Visit houses/commercial premises to collect information.
• Obtain new information from visits (new contact numbers/addresses).
• Assist collection team with client arrangements as required.
• Involved in outstation collection arrangements with clients.
• Create plans and strategies to obtain results.
• Close monitoring and follow up of delinquency for each bucket.
• Provide favorable solutions to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

To assist collection team’s arrangement with customer when required.

Involved for outstation in collection arrangement with client

Create plans and strategies to obtain results

Close monitoring and follow up of delinquent of each bucket.

Provide favorable solution to customer

Performs other duties as assigned
