Job summary

KPP-Antalis is hiring a Credit Control Executive to oversee credit risk, AR processes, and collections. You will analyze customers' financials, determine credit terms, and monitor aging reports while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

The role requires at least 6 years in credit control/ AR and strong communication skills in English and Mandarin or Cantonese. An emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and meeting monthly targets is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in credit control and accounts receivable.
• Understanding of credit management process and AR procedures.
• Familiarity with Excel/Pivot.

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit risk exposure across AR ledgers and provide actionable recommendations.
• Assist Head of Finance to execute credit control measures and procedures.
• Evaluate new and existing customers using financial reports to set credit terms.
• Reconcile credit limits and manage Credit Hold processes per policy.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and year-end AR closing.
• Coordinate with auditors and debt agencies as required.
