Jebsen & Jessen Group is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to guide the Accounts Receivable and Master Data team in Malaysia. You’ll ensure accurate accounting information, coach your team, and promote a customer‑service culture while exploring AI/automation to optimize workflows.

You will oversee posting payments, statements, reconciliations, and master data integrity, while maintaining SLA adherence and driving process improvements across shared services.

Formación

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance (ACCA, CIMA, or MIA).
• At least 5 years in AR, Credit or Master Data, with 2+ years leading a team.
• Hands-on SAP experience (TMS is a plus).
• Experience in shared services or SLA-driven environment.
• A coaching mindset with an eye for process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Post customer payments accurately and within SLA.
• Send statements of account on time and resolve invoice/payment queries.
• Handle bank reconciliation, online bank guarantees, FX bookings and SAP TMS transactions.
• Keep customer, vendor and staff master data accurate, approved and within SLA.
• Respond promptly to ticketing queries and drive process improvements.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Team Lead to guide our Accounts Receivable and Master Data team. You’ll make sure our accounting information is accurate, reliable and on time. You’ll also coach your team, build a customer-service culture and find smarter ways to work, including through AI and automation.

What you’ll do

Operations

• Make sure customer payments are posted accurately and within SLA
• Send statements of account on time and resolve invoice and payment queries
• Handle bank reconciliation, online bank guarantees, FX bookings and SAP TMS transactions
• Keep customer, vendor and staff master data accurate, approved and within SLA
• Respond promptly to ticketing queries and drive process improvements and AI solutions

People leadership

• Supervise, mentor and train the team, including new joiners
• Set objectives, review performance and support career development
• Keep workloads balanced and resolve conflicts fairly
• Build a positive, customer-focused team culture through regular team communication
• Identify the right training for each team member

Others

• Be the team’s “super user” and back up other Team Leads
• Support recruitment and ad‑hoc reporting

What you’ll bring
