Job summary

Incora in Johor Bahru seeks an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the AR and Credit Control team, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and robust reporting. You will partner with regional teams to optimise cash flow and drive end-to-end AR processes across the shared services function.

The role requires a degree in accounting (ACCA preferred) and at least 5 years' AR/credit control experience, with strong English and Mandarin, advanced Excel, and familiarity with AI productivity

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA required or equivalent.
• 5 years AR and Credit Control experience in Shared Service.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin for regional collaboration.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Accounts Receivable team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee AR and Credit Control end-to-end processes and reporting.
• Manage month-end close activities and ageing analysis of receivables.
• Support bank, treasury, tax submissions and internal audits.
• Drive process improvement projects and stakeholder reporting.
