Job summary

HEPMIL MALAYSIA is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive, Creator Partnerships to grow its network of digital content creator partners. The role focuses on owning strategic campaigns, strengthening creator relationships, and driving multi-platform initiatives across Malaysia and the region.

The candidate will lead end-to-end campaign planning, mentorship-driven engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and impact for brands and creators.

Qualifications

• Experience in MCN, influencer campaigns, or partnerships.
• Proven track record in managing creator relationships.
• Strong understanding of creator economy and social platforms.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard creators across platforms in Malaysia and the region.
• Build and maintain long-term creator relationships with mentorship.
• Lead creator-focused programs and events.
• Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns with creators.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and deliverables with creators and brands.
• Collaborate with marketing, client services, and analytics teams.
