L’Oréal in Malaysia seeks a Content & Advocacy Manager to build creator communities and amplify brand messages across platforms. You will foster relationships with creators, plan campaigns, and drive organic engagement while maximizing ROI and ensuring consistency with the brand voice.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will manage campaigns, oversee content creation, and coordinate online and offline experiences to broaden reach with authentic creators and influencers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, mass communication, PR or related field.
• At least 5 years proven experience in multinational/FMCG/e-commerce.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management.
• Able to liaise with all levels and work under pressure.
• Proficient in English.
