Job summary

L’Oréal Malaysia is seeking a Brand Communications & Community Manager to shape our brand voice and drive engagement for the Malaysia-Singapore market. You will work closely with marketing and retail teams to execute integrated campaigns and manage influencer programs.

You will cultivate media relationships, coordinate agencies, and build communities while upholding L’Oréal’s values and global guidelines. English proficiency and strategic mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in Marketing or Marketing Communications preferred.
• At least 5 years of marketing/PR experience in beauty, luxury retail or fashion is advantageous.
• Strong relations with media publications and influencer networks.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute annual brand communications strategy aligned with global guidelines and local objectives.
• Manage KOLs and influencer campaigns, briefs, and content approvals.
• Oversee multiple agencies for influencer, PR and events across two markets.
• Lead PR events, speeches, interviews, and post-launch analyses.
• Build and implement community engagement strategies across platforms.
• Champion brand values locally to enhance image and reputation in Malaysia-Singapore.
