Job summary

SHE DAZZLE EMPIRE SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Creative Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging on-camera content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and campaigns.

You will model products, deliver scripted and unscripted performances, and collaborate with Brand Experience, Creative, and Marketing teams to develop story-driven content. The role requires a flair for trend spotting, audience engagement, and live session hosting.

Responsibilities

• Appear regularly in TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories and other social content.
• Present products naturally and confidently on camera.
• Participate in campaign teasers, launches, styling content and promotional videos.
• Deliver scripted and unscripted content.
• Perform in short-form skits, lifestyle scenarios and campaign storytelling.
• Express different emotions and characters according to the campaign concept.
• Translate creative briefs into convincing on-camera performances.
• Work with the creative team to develop relatable storylines.
• Participate in music-based or singing content where relevant.
• Create entertaining adaptations of trending audio, songs and performance formats.
• Contribute performance ideas that can make SDZ content more distinctive.
• Develop a recognizable personality associated with She Dazzle.
• Represent the brand’s image, values and desired customer experience.
• Maintain professional appearance, communication and behaviour when representing SDZ.
• Build audience familiarity and connection through recurring appearances.
• Generate TikTok/Reels concepts, hooks, trends, POVs, skits and entertainment ideas.
• Stay updated on social-media trends and identify formats suitable for SDZ.
• Collaborate with Brand Experience, Creative, Marketing and Social Media teams.
• Participate in brainstorming and campaign development.
• Participate in campaign photoshoots and video shoots.
• Model She Dazzle products when required.
• Attend location shoots, events, activations and launches.
• Follow scripts, moodboards, shot lists and creative direction.
• Participate in TikTok LIVE or other livestream formats when required.
• Host or co-host entertainment, styling or campaign segments.
• Communicate naturally with viewers and encourage audience participation.
