Job summary

POLARIS BUSINESS HOLDINGS SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Digital Content Creator to plan, produce and manage engaging content across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms. You will shoot, edit and publish short-form videos and images to support campaigns and education topics.

You will collaborate with Sales, Company Secretarial, Accounting, Audit and Tax teams to develop accurate content, monitor performance, and participate in live sessions to promote services and promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating content for social media platforms is required.
• Ability to plan and produce engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
• Familiarity with content trends and digital marketing.
• Strong writing skills for captions, headlines and scripts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage engaging content for the company's social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas based on company services, campaigns, promotions, educational topics and current social media trends.
• Conduct video shooting, photography and content production for social media and marketing purposes.
• Edit short-form videos, reels and other digital content using suitable editing tools.
• Write captions, headlines, scripts and basic marketing copy for social media content.
• Manage the company's social media posting schedule and ensure content is published consistently.
• Conduct TikTok / Facebook / social media Live sessions as a host to promote company services, products, campaigns and educational content.
• Monitor social media performance, including views, reach, engagement, followers and leads, and prepare basic performance reports.
• Conduct research on competitors, market trends and viral content to identify new content and marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Company Secretarial, Accounting, Audit and Tax teams to develop relevant and accurate content.
