Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Creative Designer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on visual problem solving. You will lead visual content across digital campaigns and events, shaping the brand’s storytelling.

You will execute high-quality visuals from concept to final delivery, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with Marketing, Events and Production to maintain visual consistency and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in creative or multimedia design roles.
• Strong aesthetic sense in layout, typography, color, and brand design.
• Skilled in video editing and understanding of storytelling through motion.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns, digital assets, and event materials.
• Oversee end-to-end design production from concept sketches to final execution.
• Edit and produce compelling video content for social media, campaigns, and internal communications.
• Support photography and videography needs when required.
• Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Events, and Production) to ensure visual consistency and timely delivery.
• Manage multiple creative projects with attention to detail, deadlines, and brand guidelines.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to overall creative direction within the team.
