HOME PLATFORM SDN. BHD. in Subang Jaya, Selangor seeks a creative Interior Designer to join our growing design team. This full-time role focuses on innovative, functional spaces and collaboration with architects and clients.

You will develop concepts, produce drawings and 3D visuals, visit sites, source materials and manage budgets, while upholding our design standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related design discipline.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering tools.
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, colour theory, materials and regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of client clarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts and presentations for residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, floor plans, elevations and 3D visuals using CAD software and tools.
• Conduct site visits and client consultations to understand requirements and preferences.
• Source materials, finishes, furniture and elements within budget.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and stakeholders for design execution.
• Manage timelines and budgets while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
• Produce specifications and technical documentation for construction teams.
• Present proposals to clients and incorporate feedback.
• Stay updated with design trends and best practices.
• Contribute to development of design standards and processes.
