AS IDEAS INTERIOR SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented Interior Designer to transform spaces into functional, aesthetically pleasing environments.

Based in Alor Setar, Kedah, you will design concepts, prepare drawings, and oversee execution with clients, contractors, and suppliers. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite, plus strong communication, project management, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a portfolio.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, color theory and space planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to understand project requirements and budgets.
• Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and material selections.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and CAD documentation.
• Create 3D visualisations and renderings for client presentations.
• Source furniture, fixtures and finishes within budget.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and site visits to ensure quality.
