Job summary

A&D Events in Malaysia is seeking a proactive events coordinator with a background in Marketing or Event Management. You will develop strong relationships with clients and suppliers, manage proposals, and ensure concepts are executed to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities include material sourcing, cost negotiation, and coordinating production setup, show flow, and teardown. Teamwork and independent work are essential, with basic Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro skills.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma/Advanced in Marketing/Mass Communication/Event Management/Hospitality.
• Preferably to have min 1 year experience in Event industry.
• Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro
• Ability to work in team and independently

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong working relationship with clients and suppliers
• Follow-up with concepts and proposal approved by clients and put them into reality
• Source for materials and negotiate best price from suppliers
• Key liaison between clients, designers and other 3rd party vendors and ensuring events requirement are met
• Coordinate and manage set-up on production, on show flow and dismantling
• Able to handle multiple projects from entry to complex events
• Participate in brainstorming and execution process for the concepts and theme for all events
• Be a team player with good presentation, interpersonal, organizing and communication skills
