Job summary
B&B Labs is seeking a talented Creative Designer to craft visuals for social media, packaging, retail displays and events. The role spans design, photography, video content and collaboration with the marketing team to create compelling brand experiences for Malaysia and beyond.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years’ experience, strong Adobe skills, and a keen eye for detail, typography, and color. This office-based role offers opportunities to influence brand storytelling and product launches.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Strong attention to detail with good layout, typography and colour sense.
- Able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for social media, websites, email marketing and digital campaigns.
- Create visuals for Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms.
- Design brochures, catalogues, posters, banners and promotional materials.
- Develop packaging artwork, product labels and printed marketing collateral.
- Prepare production-ready artwork for commercial printing.
- Ensure brand consistency across every customer touchpoint.
- Capture and edit product photography and lifestyle imagery.
- Film and edit short-form videos for social media.
- Assist with content shoots and collaborate with marketing.
- Design retail marketing materials and assist with visual merchandising.
- Coordinate with suppliers and printers to ensure quality production.
- Assist with event booths and retail activations.
- Brainstorm ideas with the marketing team and manage deadlines.

Capture and edit product photography, lifestyle photography and event photography.
Film and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social media platforms.
Assist with planning and executing content shoots.
Work closely with the marketing team to produce creative content that drives engagement.
Design retail marketing materials including shelf talkers, display stands, wobblers, lightboxes and promotional signage.
Assist with visual merchandising concepts and retail displays.
Coordinate with suppliers and printers to ensure quality production.
Design visuals for exhibitions, roadshows, pop-up stores and product launches.
Assist with the setup, styling and teardown of event booths and retail activations.
Coordinate with vendors during event preparation and installation.
Maintain event materials and display assets.
Brainstorm creative ideas with the marketing team.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated on design trends, content creation and emerging creative technologies.
