Job summary

Smells Good Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a Visual Designer to enhance social media engagement, optimize conversion, and create a seamless ecommerce shopping experience. The role focuses on campaigns, banners, product imagery, and packaging design across platforms.

You will design for Shopee, TikTok, Watson and other retailers, use Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva, collaborate with marketing and retailers, and adapt visuals to seasonal campaigns and product launches, with a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Briefing: align design requirements with campaign direction.
• Campaign Design: develop creative concepts for thematic campaigns.
• Ecommerce Graphics: design banners and product images for Shopee and websites.
• Performance Ads & Social Assets: create visuals for campaigns and launches.
• Email Campaigns: design graphics for newsletters.
• Retailer Support: create POSM and social assets for retailers like Watson.

Smells Good Holdings Sdn Bhd is a local personal care company, home to Bath Garden, known for premium affordable scented body care products (available on TikTok, Mr DIY, and Watson), and Love Maya, offering island-inspired scented body care.

We're seeking an Visual Designer to join our team.This role is key in enhancing social media engagement, improving conversion rates, and creating a seamless shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual design, marketing trends, consumer needs in the ecommerce space.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Briefing: Support campaign briefing preparations by helping to align design requirements, campaign direction, and creative deliverables.
• Campaign Design: Develop creative concepts aligned with thematic campaigns.
• Ecommerce Graphics: Design eye-catching banners, product images, and promotional materials for platforms like Shopee, TikToTok, and websites.
• Performance Ads & Social Media Assets: Create trendy and engaging visuals, including static posts, carousels, and short-form videos, for campaigns, launches, advertisements.
• Email Campaigns: Design graphics for newsletters and customer communication touchpoints.
• Retailer Support: Develop POSM, display visuals, and social media assets for retailers such as Watson.
• Product Packaging Design: Support packaging design needs, including labels, boxes, stickers, and other related materials.
• Ad Hoc Designs: Support the design needs of our brands for events and other projects.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (AI), Photoshop (PS), Canva (Intermediate to Advanced).
• Proven experience designing graphics for ecommerce platforms.
• A creative and user-centric approach to design.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to perform under pressure during peak seasons.
