Job summary

Esprawell in Malaysia is seeking a talented designer to craft high-converting visuals for marketing, e-commerce, and brand campaigns across multiple ventures. You will work with AI tools to accelerate production while keeping premium design quality.

This role offers a dynamic mix of digital and print projects within a multi-industry group. Qualifications include a Graphic Design or Multimedia degree, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, a solid portfolio, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related creative discipline.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Understanding of layout hierarchy, typography, and visual cues for conversion.
• Basic print pre-press and artwork setup knowledge.
• Portfolio showcasing marketing, e-commerce or brand design.
• English required; Mandarin is a plus for bilingual collateral.

Responsibilities

• Create high-converting visuals for marketplace campaigns (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada).
• Produce viral-ready social assets across FB/IG/RED/小红书 and brand collateral.
• Prepare print-ready files with bleed, CMYK, and resolution standards.
• Experiment with AI design tools to speed up composition.
• Maintain a modern visual standard across online touchpoints.
