Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 2+ years in brand management or digital marketing roles.
• Proven social media marketing across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Lemon8).
• Familiar with e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI).
• Strong content creation and branding fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Support brand management for multiple skincare brands under the Zelcos portfolio (professional salon & online lines).
• Execute marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Coordinate with R&D and product teams on new product development.
• Manage marketing calendars across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (小红书), Lemon8, etc.
• Support brand visibility through content and performance marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with e-commerce teams on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to ensure consistent branding and conversion‑focused marketing.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize productivity and creativity.
• Monitor brand performance, customer behavior, and market trends to refine strategy.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and emerging AI technologies to enhance brand competitiveness.

You’ll work closely with the marketing, R&D, and creative teams to execute brand strategies, support product development, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands brand identity, consumer behaviour, and enjoys turning ideas into action.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Lemon8, etc.).
• Familiar with e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Hands‑on experience with AI marketing tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, chatbot automation).
• Strong understanding of content creation, influencer marketing, and branding fundamentals.
• Passionate about brand building and driven by results — not afraid to experiment and move fast.
• Creative, resourceful, and constantly up to date with the latest social and tech trends.
