Job summary

Happy Hour Club invites friendly, hands-on individuals to join our community as Community Managers / Arts & Craft Instructors in Malaysia. You’ll welcome customers, guide them through DIY activities like pottery painting, teddy building, and ceramic painting, and help run daily workshop operations in a vibrant cafe and studio.

We offer full-time and part-time roles, six days a week for full-time staff, with uniform provided, staff meals, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills — you are approachable, friendly, and enjoy engaging with customers.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to complete tasks properly.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and open to trying new creative activities.
• Detail‑oriented and careful, especially with customer items and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and help them feel comfortable from arrival.
• Guide customers through DIY experiences such as pottery painting, teddy building, ceramic painting, sculpture painting, and other activities.
• Explain activity steps clearly and help customers understand how to enjoy their session within the timeframe.
• Set up DIY stations before each session with tools, materials, samples, and instructions.
• Reset and clean stations after each session for the next customers.
• Assist with daily customer flow, bookings, walk-ins, and inquiries.
• Support artwork logistics by labeling, recording, storing, packing, and handing over items.
• Maintain a clean, organized space in workshop and cafe areas.
• Follow opening/closing checklists and SOPs.
• Prepare and serve simple food and beverages when needed.
• Support group workshops, parties, corporate events, and special activities.
• Work with Store Manager and team to complete daily tasks.
• Ensure safety guidelines and workshop procedures are followed.
