We are seeking a Creative Brand Strategist to shape brand direction, elevate storytelling, and drive high-impact marketing initiatives that reinforce Bjak’s positioning across ASEAN. This role blends strategic brand thinking with hands-on creative execution across campaigns, content, and community-building initiatives.
You will be responsible for developing compelling brand narratives, designing integrated marketing strategies, and ensuring consistent, memorable brand presence across all channels.
Define and evolve Bjak’s brand narrative, positioning, and messaging across markets.
Lead the ideation and development of creative concepts for campaigns that strengthen brand perception and audience engagement.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints, content formats, and marketing activities.
Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Work closely with designers, content creators, and cross-functional teams to translate brand strategies into high-quality creative assets.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement.
Oversee content strategy for social media, newsletters, and community channels to ensure impactful storytelling.
Build and nurture an active online/offline community aligned with Bjak’s mission and brand values.
Develop initiatives that increase participation, advocacy, and brand loyalty.
Identify and leverage user-generated content to strengthen brand authenticity.
Collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand advocates to amplify Bjak’s reach.
Develop programs that turn loyal users into brand champions and ambassadors.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights that support brand strategy and future campaigns.
3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, digital marketing, or related fields.
Strong understanding of branding, content development, social media, and community engagement.
Ability to translate business goals into creative concepts and integrated brand strategies.
Familiarity with content management systems, community platforms, and analytics tools.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
Highly proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This role is based in Malaysia. This is a hybrid role. You are expected to work from our Malaysia office at least 3 days per week.
