Job summary

Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas is seeking a creative bar professional to craft original beverages using local ingredients and traditions. You will delight guests with quality drinks, maintain a pristine bar setup, and ensure efficient service while upholding Beverage Department SOPs and the Beverage Manual.

Candidates should have a High School diploma and experience in Food & Beverage operations, with a passion for excellent service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop original and exciting beverages using local ingredients and traditions.
• Ensure guests are delighted by the quality, creativity, and variety of beverages.
• Serve guests in accordance with our standards in a gracious, courteous manner.
• Keep the bar professionally set up, clean, and well-stocked at all times.
• Process drink orders quickly and efficiently while maintaining SOPs.
