Job summary

Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas is seeking an F&B Attendant/Waiter to be on the front line of guest interactions, delivering prompt, courteous service across our food and beverage outlets. You will work as a team within all departments to ensure timely operations and guest satisfaction.

You will know our menus, beverages and facilities, continuously develop your hospitality skills, maintain a safe and hygienic work area, and uphold guest privacy rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service delivery to guests across all F&B outlets.
• Work as a team within all departments to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Have complete knowledge of menus, beverages, services and facilities offered by the resort.
• Continuously develop professional hospitality skills to increase guest satisfaction.
