Job summary

Mandarin Pavilion Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic sales professional to lead crane rental and related services. You will develop strategies, build client relationships, and expand market reach across the construction and oil & gas sectors.

You will prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth project execution while aiming to meet and exceed sales targets. A performance-based commission and company vehicle are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in heavy machinery/crane sales or construction industry.
• Strong network within construction, infrastructure, and oil & gas sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for crane rental & related services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and project managers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
• Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Achieve sales targets and provide regular reports to management.
• Post related HD pics & manager social media (including FB, Tiktok & Instagram etc)
• All cranes under our group of companies under your supervision (1 Kobelco 50 tons, 1 XCMG 55 tons, 2 Tadano 25 tons, 1 Kobelco 25 tons) & future additional cranes.
• Record maintenance schedule for all cranes (service schedule) and inform mechanic to service accordingly.
• Verify routine maintenance done by respective operators (Greasing of mechanical components etc)
• Purchase of parts whenever necessary for the smoothness of overall operation.
• Verify and update daily order summary (Whatsapp group)
• Bring driver for site visit when necessary
• Any other works instructed by management
