Job summary

Hitachi Vantara seeks a hands-on Country Lead for Malaysia to own revenue, growth, and strategic execution in the Malaysian market. You will lead a high-performing team, nurture executive relationships, and align with ASEAN priorities.

You will build a strong partner and alliance ecosystem, drive new customer acquisition in the enterprise tech space, and collaborate with regional leaders to accelerate profitable growth.

• Personally will own set of accounts in FSI space to drive business revenue.

Role Overview

The Country Lead – Malaysia will have overall responsibility for driving business growth, customer engagement, partner development, and execution of the company’s strategy in Malaysia. This role requires a strong salesleader with deep knowledge of the Malaysian enterprise technology market and a proven ability to build high-performing teams.

• Proven track record of delivering business growth and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of the Malaysia enterprise market with established customer and partner relationships.
• Excellent commercial, strategic, and executive engagement capabilities.
• Strong people leadership and ability to operate effectively in a regional matrix organization.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on business leader who takes full ownership of the Malaysia business, drives sustainable growth, develops strategic customer relationships, and builds a strong, high-performance team.
